UVdesk - How to create a Marketing Module?

What is a Marketing Module?

The Marketing Module allows admins to display important updates like promotions or feature releases directly on the Customer Panel with full customization.

These announcements are visible only to logged-in customers and help keep users informed and engaged.

Steps to create a Marketing Module -

  1. Login to your UVdesk Support Panel.
  2. On the Dashboard, click on the "MARKETING MODULE" option from the sidebar menu.


  3. Click on the "New Marketing Module" button to add a new module.
  4. Fill in details like Title, Description, Tag, Tag Color, and Product Link Text & URL.

  5. Select a target group, set the status to Publish or Draft, and finalize the settings.

  6. When the module is Published, it will appear on the customer panel automatically.

  7. Click on "Save Advertisement" to publish the module.

After logging in, customers will see the marketing module with a title, description, link, and visual styling as shown in the snapshot below:
